Congrats on knowing your surgery date! October 1st will be here pretty fast. :drinker: Im still pre-op myself, so I only know what Ive heard from other people. From what Ive read, everybody's different. I've also seen people say they actually gained a bit before but it didnt affect their overall results. P.S. I havent been…

Haven't seen them yet up here, however I found the nutritional info on them and the 16g of sugar per serving would stop me from even considering them. Thank you for posting though, it's always interesting to see what's out there.

I've seen a couple episodes of "My 600lb life" , interesting stuff! That other one "My Weight Is Killing Me" was on last week, but didn't see it. I stopped watching "The Biggest Loser" a few seasons ago, when they started trying to sell their books, retreats, DVDs, etc. at every commercial break. I get it that they are a…

Something they mentioned in my pre-surgery nutrition class, but it didnèt really register for me was the concept of not drinking anything with meals. I nodded along even though it went in one ear and out the other. BUT, then in another great group here on MFP, someone posted the following link to a video explaining why.…

Okay. My only thing is finding those places is pretty easy, either online or ... well, just about anywhere. But I'll let this discussion go wherever it goes.

Lunch, left last bite

Since its getting close to payday, my options are down to some not-so-healthy things. For example for dinner I had a tiny amount of mac and cheese, but I "pimped" it a little by adding some diced tomatoes. Oh, and I left 2 bites.

This morning, I left 1 bite of my cereal w/banana
