Yes!! I'm starting Monday as well and figure once I'm back at work, having to plan meals ahead of time, etc., (routine) will help. I was on vacation for 10 days, and while my intake today was tenfolds better than on vacation, it's been a struggle.

5 slices of a large Pizza: pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms. I do cheat meals one time a month. Also this is the only time I allow myself to have a pop/soda.

I stopped cold turkey almost 2 years ago. Caffine has no effect on me, I just liked the taste over water. Like you said they both have different benefits. My opinion since I do both, I feel like running works my core/stomach more as I know I keep my abs tighter? Like when I run I tend to for whatever reason, suck in my stomach if you will. (My stomach seems more relaxed when I row). Hope that made sense.

Went to my Dr a week ago and was 1.2 lbs heavier than I was at home. Like others have said, it was mid afternoon, I had two meals in me, was clothed. So that to me meant my scale at home is pretty accurate as I weigh myself first thing in the morning, only in my undies and after a pee.

mwf strength training for an hour and usually wed I'll run a half to a mile after doing weights. Tues/thurs I do Zumba. Sat and Sunday are my days off but I often go for power walks for 45 minutes with my dog.

I have the same problem and after searching solutions (wash strap, tighten, change battery), I still get the error message. It seems hit or miss with my polar 7.... Frustrating but great when it works.

5'2" 157 size 8, medium top. I recently dropped a pant size (10 to 8) and I think it's because I now have a pancake butt. Biggest struggle is tops. If my upper arms were thinner I could squeeze into smaller tops. That's where I have issues with clothes.

Portion sizes, especially pasta!! I was clearly grossly over estimating a serving size with pasta... It was a huge shock!
