  • Slow down, make sure you are taking your rest days and continue to repeat the week that you are stuck on until you can get that first 5 min :) Seriously though at first it might seem like you can walk faster then you are running but you have to slow down.

  • I love the program. I'm not sure what week I'm on though as I don't have my phone with me :) This week I will go up to 3 Minute run intervals followed by 2 minutes of walking. Funny how you can get excited and nervous about the change.

  • I am currently doing the zero to running program of Jenny Hadfield's on Pear for Samsung. I'm on week 3 maybe week 4 :) and really enjoying it even more so then the C25K program due to the added motivation that Coach Jenny mentions throughout the workout.
  • I am having the same issue. It works find for the steps and exercise just not the calorie. I should mention that on my page, even though steps etc are synching it says not connected to gear.
