  • Well much to my surprise i weighed in this morning and did'nt gain any! :) I gotta do better this week with my exercising though. I am at the weight i want to be and now i need to make sure i stay there. But, was going to try for a loss of five more pounds, so i gotta get motivated to do that. :)

  • Jillian Michaels has some awesome workout dvd's. I have shred it and six week six pack. She is tough. I feel awesome after working out with her. And i usually do my treadmill with her, put her in my ifit. Hope u find something u can enjoy working out to. good luck
