Forget your scale! Use a measuring tape (I hope that is the right word in english ^^). I only lost 2.5kg but I lost 15cm (something around 5 inches I think). And don't forget to eat enough. :-) People keep telling me that the real weight loss begins 4 to 6 weeks after the start of training. Keep going!

I don't like the taste very much, too. But I know green tea is very healthy. So now I take green tea capsules. There is nothing in them except of green tea leafs. In Germany we can buy those at the pharmacy.

You are not overweight. You are slim. Really slim. Perhaps, if you like, you could do with some more muscles. do you think ripped in 30 involves the knees very much?
