Hmmm.. It changes a lot, because I don't want to get bored, and I also change what I am going to eat for depending on my other meals ... But For break fast I'll either have: A banana or granola bar or special K cereal (with skim milk) or fibre bar or toast with peanut butter or boiled egg

I usually have a snack between breakie and lunch which is either a yogurt, fruit, or granola bar

For lunch I will usually have either a Salad, or a little bit of rice, if I have left over supper, or just veggies

Supper is the harder one because that all depends on what I want to make, sometimes I have a chicken breast on a piece of toast with light mayo and banana peppers, and a V8 drink. Or that same sandwhich with soup or salad. Sometimes I'll make a tuna sandwhich with mayo with a side of salad/soup/V8 drink. I sometimes make stirfry, or just have a salad with chicken in it, or shrimp in it.

I guess that's mostly it. Plus I drink lots of water, and I have one cup of coffee a day.

This is the perfect post, and something I needed to see. I have this DVD and started a while back, got hurt, stopped and haven't started back up. Yep, definitely going to this weekend!

You look amazing! Good luck as you continue on

wow! Good job! A nice testimony for Ms. Michaels, too! ;-) I too was successful on her Ripped in 30
  • do you think ripped in 30 involves the knees very much? I have an old injury on my right knee and couldn't do shred properly bc of that. so now I'm doing "banish fat boost metabolsim" and "no more troublezones" and that seems to be ok. RI30 is not sold in my country and I will have to get it from England and can't give it back if it isn't good for me.

Yah, ripped in 30 is very similar to 30 day shred, although some people say its actually like a harder version. There is a lot of knee work; right now my knees are hurting a lot because of how intense week 4 is. This is my opinion anyways.
