I did two rounds of insanity and I fell in love with the program. The first time around I lost about twenty pounds. It difficult and makes you so sore! Worth it though. It always put me in a great mood after I was finished.

Keep in mind weight has a lot to do with it. For example, during a Zumba class I only burn 400. My fiance burns almost 800. He weights 190 and I'm 115.

I use cashew milk for a creamier texture! I like cashew milk, 1 frozen banana, and a serving of low calorie pudding mix. Curves my sweet tooth.

Vada, maybe you're right. Yarwell, it's a problem because I eat almost the same thing day in and day out. It wouldn't be a problem, but i've done this before and then when I decide to eat something that isn't my usual food my skin become extremely tender and painful to touch.

I'm a sucker for Malibu. What I do is pour a shot of malibu into a glass and then fill the remainder with water and crystal light. That way i'm only drinking the calories of malibu, 51 calories.

No no no. Those are some of my staple foods. Here is a more standard day for you to see. Breakfast: 2 eggs, 2 pieces of wheat toast w/ jelly Lunch and dinner: Either a turkey wrap, veggies, and fruit. Or chicken and rice with veggies. Or chicken and pasta. Tumaro's is my favorite. 60 calories for a tomato basil kind as well as a regular wheat kind. They're a normal medium sized wrap. Delicious too!

Macros are 106g protein, 292g carbs, 37g fat. I am over on fat every day, but I never hit above 160 for carbs.

I cut it completely while I was trying to lose weight (6 months). I now drink maybe once every two months. If that. The body doesn't metabolize the alcohol like it does other food. It converts it almost directly to fat, and since I'm trying to lower my bf I try to avoid it.

I wouldn't suggest insanity due to your injury. Wait until it's completely healed, otherwise insanity will destroy it.
