One of my favorite snacks is Fage Total 0 Greek Yogurt and a scoop of chocolate protein powder. It makes a great pudding like snack.

I snack on the aforementioned Fage yogurt (I use dark cocoa) fruit and cheeses.
I usually prefer fruit, I can carry it and it's FILLING

Any yogurt will do or you need to buy specific ones?

    isnt cheese fattening?

There's nothing wrong with fat - it's satiating and you need it just like protien, fiber, etc. Cottage cheese is one of my favorites snacks - excellent with pineapple, IMO. Also apples dipped in PB.

I LOVE edamame. I buy it frozen and heat it up in the microwave. Not as good as at the sushi restaurant, but still yum.

One Creamy Swiss Light Laughing Cow wedge is 35 calories, 1.5 grams of fat, 2 grams of protein.

113 grams of cottage cheese is 125 calories, 5 grams of fat, 12 grams of protein.

It's just about moderation & choices. My husband has a block of cheddar I rarely touch because one ounce isn't often worth it to me.

Greek yogurt with a little mint sauce in it. Celery and carrot sticks to dip.
