  • In not sure as to what my deficit is. But I do have a calorie deficit I calculated my calories and macros using an online calculator. And am consuming 1717 calories a day. I do not eat back calories burnt during exercise. I don't input my exercise into MFP so that I am not tempted to eat more.. Great advise for taking…

  • thank you all for you comments and advise. i have decided to go with 1717 calories a day, this is closer to what i was eating on my boring meal plan. yesterday was my first day at these calories and it felt like a good amount of food i wasn't left feeling hungry or overly full. i will stick to this for the next two weeks…
  • i got he figures from http://www.seannal.com/tools/bodybuilding-macronutrient-calculator.html. if i use the calculator on iifym.com i get a slightly lower figure of about 1700. i don't particularly eat dirty. my meals mainly consist of chicken, tuna, prawns, whole wheat pasta, whole wheat couscous, fruit vegetables etc...…
  • yesterday was my first day of weighing my food . i feel more comfortable doing it this way as i am really bad at judging. it takes a little longer but if it helps me see results I'm more than happy to do it. i was slightly under my carbs and slightly over protein and fat yesterday.
