I am useless at coming up with my own meals and use a cookbook for everything. Right now on this latest health kick I've been making meals out of the Sparkpeople cookbook and there are some really good ones in there. Also skinnytaste.com has awesome healthy recipes, you should check it out.

Don't feel bad! Day 2 was a rest day for me too. I actually did Jm yoga DVD that day instead which was still something but much less strain on my muscles. It also really helped stretch me out which my poor out of shape body really appreciated! I did day two yesterday of 30ds and it was already getting easier.

Good for you! I'm too sore to do day two of 30ds (thighs are killing me!) but I'm going to do Jm yoga DVD right away - at least it's something right? Can't wait until my husband has polished off all of the leftover Halloween candy... It's been so tempting.

I started JM 30 day shred today too! Definitely need to get some lighter weights as all I have are 10's which caused me to get wayyy too tired and I had to stop a few times. Really liked the program so far though! This is my first time doing 30 day shred and I also have JM Yoga dvd that I might start to do as well.

I just finished as well and I'm exhausted. Man, it sure doesn't take long to get out of shape!!
