I loved the mari winsor pilates DVD, it definitely focuses right in on that core. The 30 day shred is also a great way to tone up in just 25 minutes per workout.

You will love making baby purees! It's so not even that much work. We usually cook some stuff up on Sunday and give him all sorts of crazy stuff. Especially if you have access to a farmer's market, it would be great. And if you have the cookbook, you can make great meals for the rest of your family too. We love love love…

I hear you! I just had a baby 6 months ago and I am pureeing all his food for him and the whole thing has just renewed my love of veggies. Since I have all these purees on hand, I am cooking my way feverishly through the Jessica Seinfeld cookbook which is all about adding purees to recipes. I highly recommend that cookbook…

I always plan my food out the day before. This way, I can work things like beer or snacks in and make adjustments so things aren't too crazy. It's actually a really therapeutic and cathartic thing for me to do once the kiddies are in bed and I'm enjoying my last snack of the night (usually a skinny cow chocolate truffle…

Sorry, I don't know anything about ripped in 30, but I'm about to finish the 30 day shred and wonder if anyone knows how these 2 differ in intensity?

I'm having a 3-egg spinach, feta and tomato omelet for 267 calories. I'm pretty psyched about it.

I didn't take pictures, but I'm on day 7 of level 1 and have lost 2.1 pounds and an inch off my waist! Stick with it, every day you will see yourself make progress. I can't wait to jump to level 2!

This is the first time I'm losing weight without feeling like I'm on a diet. I can honestly say I think I've found a tool that will help me be conscious about good eating habits for life. I don't ever feel restricted and seeing my good eating habits and exercise habits logged into a diary for a day, a week, a month, and so…

I'm over on my sugar every day! I've lost 4 pounds over the last 2 weeks since I've joined and as far as I know, that's the exact rate you should be losing at so I think as long as you remain under calories, you should be good. I also make sure I'm always under on fat. Also, I go through my sugar and subtract the grams…

I made black bean burgers last night and we all loved them. From a meat&potatoes kind of a husband to a 3 year old. with a thin layer of sour cream and some Frank's red hot, the beef wasn't even missed!

If ever I go a few days with my weight stagnating on the scale, I always get out the tape measure to make sure my hard work is paying off.

Eat smart, small meals throughout the day. I eat about every 2 hours, or before any kind of exercise. I can say I honestly never feel hungry. Also, plan your food for the entire day. It helps give you something to look forward to.
