I didn't take pictures, but I'm on day 7 of level 1 and have lost 2.1 pounds and an inch off my waist! Stick with it, every day you will see yourself make progress. I can't wait to jump to level 2!

Wow, you can really see the diference and you're not done yet. thank you, this is really motivational. I'll be doing day 3 of level one today. It's great!
