I walked out of my pants on Saturday night. Walked up the stairs for bed and by the time I put my water down by my bed side they dropped to my ankles. Although it's awesome it was also sad because they are almost brand new.

It might not be what Corinne's plan has but it is a start and that it all it takes. I started with 1 sentence a day using James Clear's method from his book Atomic Habits.

You will not mess up your metabolism. Typically it is not recommended to go below 1200 calories but some days you just aren't as hungry. If you are aren't hungry then yes 900 calories occasionally will be ok. Doing it and feeling like your starving yourself is where you will start to harm your health. Could you try to…

This is exactly why I needed to come back to tracking my calories. I don't get to hard core because I'm listening my my body's hunger cues but some days they are not in sync with my brain so I was over eating still. Now I use the calorie counting as my back up since I try to make better choices each week. I stopped…

@mmccloy12 It's a great course I would highly recommend it. I was able to get a lot of information out of the Tribe in the end I didn't commit to it like I should have. I got overwhelmed and my husband had gotten laid off so part of it was financial for me also. At the time I joined the fee was $49 a month after the…

I just started Tracking in MFP again. I had stopped once I joined the PNP Tribe. I didn't find the Tribe helpful in my goals but she does offer a ton of stuff. Monday night I realized the most success I had came for me when I was tracking my data in here. I still use the principles that PnP teaches that are available on…

One thing I learned is... just because I have Calories left I don't have to eat them if I'm not hungry. I used to use them as an excuse to have a treat at the end of the night like Ice Cream or a few chocolates. Now if I'm not hungry I don't eat anything extra just because I have spare calories I only focus on if I'm truly…

I love this motto but I don't think if it as a negative. I adopted it in college as a way to remind myself to make me happy first and everything else will fall into place.

The holidays stopped my forward progress but slowing getting back to the grind. I won't let New Years derail me more. Hope everyone had a good holiday season as well.

I've not heard of Coconut sugar...I'll have to look for some at my local grocery. I tend to drink 1 20 oz travel mug a day.

I drink coffee not in itself a NSV but I also use sugar in my coffee. I've tried no sugar sweetener but don't care for the after taste. Well in the last 2 months I've dropped from using over 8 teaspoons of sugar to using 4 teaspoons. I'm still working on lowering that but I call that a NSV for me. Maybe in the next 2…

@happygirlxxx That picture is beautiful. I'm still not feeling the best but I did start to reign in my eating yesterday at least a little bit. Due to a divorce my brother swaps kids with his soon-to-be ex-wife 2 States away from us so every two weeks I ride with him. In total the day is a 12-hour drive. It's not the worst…

If they are heavy enough depends on the workout you are doing with them. I personally use hand weights ranging from 5 - 30 depending on what muscle I'm working on and how many reps and sets I'm doing. For me front raises are light but biceps and triceps are heavier. You could always fill them with less water to make them…

I haven't been feeling well for the last couple of days and I let it allow my eating to spiral. Today was terrible. I ate almost double my calories. Yicks... good thing tomorrow is a new day! That casserole sounds Delicious @Nikion901

It's not easy but you have to do this the right way for you. Unfortunately that also means in a healthy fashion if you want it to stick. I started at 364.4 this time around. So far I'm on track to lose about 30 pounds this year. I wish is was more but I'm making changes slowly so I can sustain them long term. First I got a…

Hello... I'm newish here at least in the community. I went back to the first post to see what this group is about and it seems like a great thing to be a part of. I'm working on losing 182.2 pounds to start as that is half of my starting weight. I'm trying to do it slowly so the healthy changes stick. I'm currently down…
