So, I have a personal trainer that comes to my home once a week and today marks 8 weeks that I have been with her. I couldn't do it tonight, so she came on Monday night. I got the following email from her last night. The title of the email was called PROGRESS.
Hey Connie,
Yes, I said it, PROGRESS!! Aka, your kicking butt with these measures. Thing is though, I want you to keep pushing just as hard so that next time the re-eval rolls around, we see the same great improvement (or more)!! You've got this in you. I fully believe that.
Here's the most major changes:
Body weight
Previous: 182.0
Current: 178.0
Circumference
Abdomen
Previous: 109.5 cm
Current: 107.0 cm
Hips
Previous: 118.5 cm
Current: 114.0 cm
Strength
Ab Crunch
Previous: 17 repetitions
Current: 30 repetitions
Plank on Elbows
Previous: 29 seconds
Current: 33 seconds
Cardiovascular-Pulmonary Fitness
3-minute Step Test
Previous: HR 98 bpm after 53 seconds of stepping
Current: HR 83 bpm after 62 seconds of stepping
WOOHOO! You should be proud of this! I like this progress and I KNOW it can get even better. Let's talk next Wednesday about what you've been doing at the gym to catch up and review that.

That is so awesome.
What a wonderful way to start the new year- progress on your health and fitness, and a trainer that is believing in you and your progress.
