Lexapro f- with my sh-. I am male, so there are obvious diff. I was on Effexor for a few years. Had a few issues with it but lives with it. Evtentually decided I needed a switch. Put on lexapro and it was horrible. Depressed. Panic. Anxious. Wt gain, etc. I'm on cymbalta now and it's been great. Mood is so much better.…

Why?

I'm confused. So you entered into MFP and want bodymedia to get it? Are you wearing a band? Why not just reenter into bodymedia?
-
Enjoy it. I've earned it. And sweat my *kitten* off tomorrow!
-
On Effexor for awhile. Great for depression and anxiety but it sucked for everything else. Did the trick for a while Went to lexapro. HORRIBLE FOR MY DEPRESSION went to cymbalta. Been great for me ever since. On it for over a year.

Def diff for females. But I lift and do cardio. Slight emphasis on cardio. I shoot for at least 200 mins on elliptical per week.

It doesn't do hrm but it does "calc" cal burned during exercise. I love my link. It's a bit bulky, it costs a bit BUT I don't put a price on my health and I firmly believe it's a big reason why I've lost my weight so far

Kids. I hated a pic of me at my daughters baptism. I want to be there for my three girls

Adjust calories intake and see what happens.
-
Fitness tracker or from MFP? Supposedly MFP exercise is off. I use a tracker so I don't know
-
Also I noticed you drank a good bit on fri. How often do you drink 9 oz of vodka? That's a lot of cal and it will mess up water weight
-
If fit bit is synced with MFP and you are entering your workouts then you are actually recording your workouts twice
-
How is this diff from just the vitamin / supplement in pill form?
-
What supplements do you take? Keep in mind that exercise is great for endorphins and will usually help with anxiety / depression. It helps me. Plus cut out cafeine and booze. At least until you feel good again. Therapy wouldn't hurt either.

Is it a new one? When did you get it. I'm 5'10" male. 32y/o. I started 262. I'm now 243. I never get past 3700 even when I workout with cardio and lifting, do yard work, run after the kids, etc and never stop moving. I've done over 12000 steps in a day. Is your info right on the website when you entered it? Or your iPhone…

Double check what you entered into body medias website for your info, stats, etc. maybe that's it. If not, it's the unit. You can't be doing that much. Mine is working great
-
Withings. I have an older model but it syncs with an app. I love it. It's pricey though
-
Up the exercise. 30 mins isn't that much.

I have the body media with blue tooth. It's nice and easy. You get used to the strap. I forget it's there sometimes. It's discreet under your shirt. The app is great. I use it for my workouts to make sure I burn a certain amt. I sync a few times a day esp before a meal to see if I can have something else at dinner. MFP…

I'm in the same boat. My best guess is that MFP shows what you burn above BMR whereas bodymedia shows your TDEE. But then again that should be the same so I don't know. I just look at both to make sure I'm good. Plus I figure I'm underestimating my intake at all times so it's always an "about" kind of number
