Need Help and Guidance

Hi,
I am new to this so sorry if I am not posting this in the right area. I started my diet/exercise program on Nov 25, 2013. I used to weigh 220 lbs then and I am 5'11", male. I weighed 200 lbs on 01/15/2013. My exercise is usually 45-60 minutes of walking and jogging burning about 450 cal a day by exercise. My food intake is about 1800 calories. Since 01/15/2013, I haven't lost any weight and I am not sure why. Hence, need your help and advice. Am I doing anything wrong? If I reached a Plateau, what do I need to do next?

Sometimes this happens. I have recently stayed at the same weight for about three weeks for no apparent reason. I did look at your diary for the last few days, and it looks like you are not eating much protein. I have a hard time getting enough myself, but you might want to address that.
