Probably my easiest / quickest way of cooking carrots is just steam them for 3-5 mins in the microwave. Drain, add 1-2 tsp of butter and dill seasoning, mix. Throw back in microwave for 1 min. Serve. 22 pounds (well 22.4 pounds if I want to get technical lol :wink: ). It has taken me 3 months to lose 22 pounds but I do very little exercise (I know my bad) so the weight loss has been mostly from eating.
