I use 100% eggwhite protein powder. I put a scoop in the blender with some almond milk and frozen strawberries. Makes a great smoothie for less then 150 cals and it's filling. I buy it off Amazon. http://www.amazon.com/NOW-Foods-Eggwhite-Protein-Pound/dp/B0013OXDBU/ref=sr_1_1?ie=UTF8&qid=1332107810&sr=8-1

I think what she meant was to choose your beverages more carefully. Like if you drink a glass of water instead of juice then you can use those calories that you saved by drinking water on your dinner or whatever. If you don't care for plain water try flavoring it with some lemon and stevia. I always order water with lemon…

I was just going to bring up the fact that these powdered mixes are loaded with garbage that you don't need in your body. I would skip it all together or eat some almonds or something naturally high in protein. That powdered stuff is all artificial and bad news in my book.

I think that you should shoot for 15 and tone up. Then if you still feel like you want to lose 5 more then go for it. Just be careful because the scale can be deceiving when your putting on muscle to tone up. Make sure you keep track of your body measurements to see if your losing inches. Good luck

I have trouble too. You just have to exercise and then you can eat the calories that you burn. My favorite meal is a Taco salad. I use about 2 c salad,1/8 c mexican cheese, 1/4 c salsa, 3 tbl olives, 1/4 c refried beans about 12 crushed tortilla chips and then about 3 tbl fat free sour cream. That fills me and it's around…

I love that you asked this ???. I've been wondering the same thing.

Unfortunitly you can't spot reduce fat. You just have to keep watching your cals and doing a combo of cardio and strength training. But keep working on those abs because when all the fat melts away you'll have beautiful toned muscle underneath.

Granola and nuts are good. They're a little high in calories but they''ll fill you with good calories. Make sure you measure out your snack first. That way you don't just keep eating. :)

I was losing 1 pound a week consistently for a couple months and then all the sudden I stopped. I had lost like 1 pound over 3 weeks time. So added like 200 hundred calories to my intake and then I started losing again. Also I always eat back my exercise calories. The way fitness pal is set up is, when you start your…

How do you Zig Zag your calories?

I think it's possible. Not sure how healthy it would be. Is it just this month or do you want to do it every month? I don't think it's something you should make a pattern of. 1 time shouldn't hurt.
