Okay so I am a 5'1 18 year old female. I wanted to lose at least 15 pounds to be able to get down to 115 pounds but I also thought about losing 20 to put me at 110 and then work on getting in shape and gaining muscle. Is 110 too low? Advice would be appreciated! Thank you!

Work on the muscle now, trust me on this one. Or even ask any of the women who have been weight lifting for a few months now, they will all tell you they wish they started with weight lifting before dropping the fat.0

I think that you should shoot for 15 and tone up. Then if you still feel like you want to lose 5 more then go for it. Just be careful because the scale can be deceiving when your putting on muscle to tone up. Make sure you keep track of your body measurements to see if your losing inches. Good luck0
