  • I am doing well with the eating and calorie counting. I have a bad knee and my workouts are walking only. How can I help my saggy bellie fat now that I am loosing weight?
  • You should feel better and that is what counts!! When you work out, muscle weights more than fat so you wont drop the pounds as much but you should start to see the inches shrink soon, give it 4 weeks, you should notice something............ good luck!
  • Two pounds is great! I also feel the same but in the long run, we are eating healthier. I am trying hard not to weight myselft too much and let my clothes tell the story. Keep up the good work
  • I am on week one and loving it! I never realized how much I actually over ate. Calories do matter and I am getting alot out of reading labels before I eat.
