Green Tea
Is anyone using Green Tea in their LifeStyles. My sister has substituted green tea for all her morning chocies instead of coffee and she feels better about herself. I have started also. anyone else??

Logging the food????
I have been doing well with fitness pal, I have lost 23 lbs. I have not been logging my food the past week, because I have learned to count the calories and watch the fat grams and I am aware of my serving sizes. Is that okay that I don't log my food as often??

Okay, I am loosing weight, I have lost 17 lbs so far, but I LOVE BEEF! How much beef is okay, its summer and we enjoy steak, I eat it 3 times a week, is that tooooo much?

I have lost 15 lbs and now I am at a plateau........how do you deal with the fustration???

15 lbs and still going
I have lost a total of 15 lbs on my fitness pal, my profile says 12 but I lost a couple of pounds just before I heard about MFP. Thanks sooooo much its helped me and I am still motivated, 72 lbs to go................I am overweight.

Eating healthy and its workin ...down 15 lbs since march 30t
I have been eating well and including some foods like a treat of frozen yogurt and having the occasional glass of wine. It has actually been easy this time, and I don't feel deprived. I also find it handy to buy the 100 cal snack paks for the easy convienence. Thanks fitness pal, I am doing great and feeling good

working the midnight shift and trying not to snack!!!!
I find working midnights tough. I want to snack on shift, thats what we do. I brought veggies, fruit, rice crisps and drank lots of water.....................grrrrrr hope I can make it through!! Does anyone have any other suggestions for some good healthy snacks??

Is it okay to have the water with crystal light packets?? After drinking water all day, sometimes I want to add a little flavour to it!

I am on week one and loving it! I never realized how much I actually over ate. Calories do matter and I am getting alot out of reading labels before I eat.
