?? anyones views on a air popped popcorn with 1 tbsp of butter, I have been craving it, is it okay to have it once in awhile???

I think i need a salt fix now and then.............................

    Butter? can you do without? I need the salt too

    I have popcorn whenever I have extra calories for a night snack - 94% fat free Orville Red's!

    I love air popped popcorn!! There are butter substitutes (think Molly McButter) or you can get things like Jollytime's 100 calorie popcorn bags with butter flavor. I prefer the kettle corn though. In fact, you have made me want some right now!!:laugh:

    I do Hot Air Popcorn and use the 0 Cal butter spray from parkay. My son ads other stuff but then he is 12 and skinny as a rail.
