i spend £180ish a week for 3 of us but that's everything .. 3 x breakfasts, 3 x lunches, 3 dinners, snacks, drinks etc

im a bit odd ... i will try and eat healthy optionsto get me through the craving .. drink water ... do everything i know i should ... then i would STILL want the sweet things .... i used to get a bit obsessed with things i would be thinking about, not particularly wanting ... now i just suffer lol

i really feel the cold since losing nearly 9 stone ... i put it down to loss of blubba ... im going to look at other things now

Hiya My son, hes 25, was diagnosed as being type 1 diabetic in 2012 .... he was insulin dependant and was injecting 11 times a day as well as having to take 4 metformin daily. Since 2011 i have lost 9stone 8lb with weightwatchers .. (another 7 this week with MFP) ... the only skin i have which is a bit saggy is my bingo wings ... which at 52 theyre not going to be super toned anyway!! i like a poached egg on a large grilled mushroom with a slice of tomato on top and another nice one, not using your poacher is scoop the insides of a beef tomato out and crack your egg inside and bake for 10mins ... really tasty
