Thanks for your suggestion. I was able to find the preloaded for Abductor but I will use your suggestion to create my own exercise for the Adductor.

I'm starting Week 1 Day 1 on Tuesday. Any suggestions for a first timer? My lifestyle is very sedentary and I am approx. 135lbs overweight. My plan is to take it slow but I am very motivated to begin living an active life again. I wish you all the best with your goals this year.

Here we go...I have decided to do a C25K program for the first time and am new to running. So, this should be interesting and hopefully a great way to introduce my body to moving more and pushing myself.
