I wear yoga pants for strength training, for cardio, for going grocery shopping, for lounging at home - basically I wear them any time 'real pants' aren't required. They are the fitness garment industry's greatest gift to mankind.0

I am just curious as I have no access to barbells or a squat rack and I have been trying to figure this out with dumbells.. is this an acceptable/approved method of doing squats??
