No, it's not because I can't move, my body needs to rest because it was hit with a major airborne virus that started attacking everything. So I feel quite weak easily.

Yea that was me a while back, but I was exercising then and now I can't do anything so I want to be able to maintain just by eating right. :)
-
It's not much, but I swam laps for 10 minutes and then ran for an hour. :)

I'm not sure what you mean by 10 percent, I just go according to the amounts MFP set based on my age, weight and whatever else it asked for.

Okay good because I see now that I'm about 6-8 over fibre everyday. I sometimes go over protein too but I've never worried about that too much. Fat, Carbs, Sodium and my calories are usually just under the set goal.

Great, I track sodium, fat, protein, fibre and carbs now. What happens if I go over the set amount or have too much?
-
My sodium levels are fine, I usually have quite a lot to spare actually. I was in hospital recently and the dietician told me I need more salt which my parents found strange. But anyway, thanks, I'll give fibre a go and see. :) x

I'm not asking for weightloss, I just want to know in terms of health what to focus on in replace of my sugar goal.
-
Yes I got told that but I want to replace it with something, what should it be?

Great Recipe! What size do you cut them? For it to be between 60-80 cals each, or whatever it was that you mentioned. :)

I'm 18 so a lot of the friends I have on MFP are teens or early 20s, and the majority are pro-ana. At first I found it interesting how they view things, then I found it extremely sad, and then their thoughts started to mess with my head and I subconsciously started eating less little by little until someone pointed it out.…

This time next year I want to be toned, have lost weight around my thighs and butt area, be able to wear a bikini and not feel like a troll. :)

I eat a lot of fruit everyday and my carb levels are never too high unless I eat an actual carby meal as well as other food. A well balanced diet is important so fruit intake mustn't take over any other food groups.

I'm not sure what the set up there is, but if there's a fridge you can use then overnight oats is amazing. You measure your oats, add your milk (any kind; almond, coconut, soy) and add whatever else you want, all in a sealed container placed in the fridgeand then the next day you eat it. The oats absorbs more and it's…

Thanks, I'll try that. And I don't drink any fizzy drinks, ever, and I have 1 teaspoon of sugar with my tea, or honey. :)
-
I have a mix of fruit everyday, grapes, an apple, strawberries, you name it. I try alternate and mix it up to get the sugar as low as I can (if I have an apple I won't have a banana, that kind of thing). I have some with breakfast, and sometimes with lunch as well.

I don't have a medical issue in terms of tracking my sugar, I'm just health concious at the moment. I go maybe 20-30 over my set goal for sugar a day. :/
