Sometimes late at night I like to snack on frozen grapes or a frozen banana sliced up. It's sweet and takes awhile to eat. Or the skinny cow truffle bars...mint is my fave!

If I plan on a splurge night with the girls or a night of drinking with my husband I eat good the day of and plan on boot camp or burning at least 500 calories the next day. So worth it!

I like my 5 minute egg sandwich. Fry an egg, break yolk add pepper.(cheese optional) Then I toast a sandwich thin and put a jenny o fully cooked sausage patty on it, no sauce. 220 calories with no cheese!

I like to mix it up. Take some group classes. I love yoga, zumba, and bootcamp. When I want to listen to music and read I switch it up with the eliptical and treadmill with different incline and speed for maximum calorie burn. I like to do weights at home. Just make sure to do what's fun for you so you don't get bored.…

My favorite is chicken nachos. Throw a couple chicken breasts,a little water, taco seasoning and salsa. Cook on high for 4 hours. I add a can of black beans the last hour. Top with some fresh avocado and tomatoes, yum! Simple and delicious. :)
