Hello Everyone, 1 week on MFP and going strong! I just wanted to know if anyone that has used this DVD has any idea of how many calories are burnt in the 2 mile workout or how do you recorded in the excersice log. I have been using the 2mph leisurely walk entry. Would this be ok? Also are there any good excercise videos…

Hello Everyone, I have been hearing that the best bread to eat is the whole grain bread, but it has to say 100% whole grain on the package, I dont find any that says that , however I do find one that says 7 Grains or just whole grain plain.
