That is such good info! I may email it to my mom. She's been chronically under-eating due to some unknown illness, I have seen her eat 400 cal in a day. She looks skeletal now and has lots of health issues, but she has NO APPETITE and will not make herself eat, even to save her own life. I think she might find it…

Fiber, protein and lots of liquids help me. Hot beverages seem to make me feel full between meals. I love having tea with Splenda/Stevia/Nectress. I usually have oatmeal for breakfast and the fiber keeps me full awhile. I also try to keep lots of low cal snacks around. Baby carrots, sugar free Jello, etc.

I agree with lots of other ladies on here, have my BF be able to carry me without sounding like he's dying!! That should also be a fitness goal for him to work on his muscles ;)

My hunny is going bald really young, he started losing his hair in high school. The only time I don't like it is when what he has left gets too long and makes the thin part up top look worse. I LOVE when he just gets his head shaved and its so soft and stubbly:blushing: . I think he's getting a hair cut tomorrow, I'm…

WOW! I really HAVE lost a spare tire then!!

          I'm going to the Sonora, CA Celtic fair this weekend! My BF is in an armored long-sword tourney there and i hope to see him kick many butts.

Doctor Who for sure! I think the 10th Doctor is the cutest  If you can find any renaissance fairs in your area I recommend them too. I started going to them almost 7 years ago and it is so much fun. I'm not as wild/hippy as a lot of the people there, so if you aren't into mead and drum circles there is still a lot of…

Hellow fellow nerd! I'm a Nu-Whovian, Star Wars, Star Trek, Zelda, ren-faire, book worm, etc etc etc. I'm working on Leveling myself up. The grinding is tough, but when my Charisma hits Max it'll be worth it.

I have lost 20.6 and I'm no longer obese either!! Internet-high-five!! Sewing in some clothes has been awesome.

I'm from the SF Bay area, about an hour from San Francisco. You MUST have clam chowder in a sourdough bread bowl while you are there, and get some Ghirradelli chocolate.Go to the Wax museum and Ripley's Believe it or Not museum if you can, and go to the Pier.

Scrambled with salsa and corn tortillas, scrambled with a little mayo and black pepper with wheat toast, or in egg drop soup (that's my lunch today!)

One of my faves is 1/4 of an avocado, 2-3 Tbs of my favorite salsa (homemade when I have it) and the juice of one lemon. You can mash it all up with a fork, or blend it.

I had a co-worker like that!!! He would wave food under my nose and taunt me. He would go make chocolate covered marshmallows and brong them out with an evil smile asking "you waaaaaaaant one? you know you dooooo" UGH I hated that. But he had nothing more to say once I lost 84 pounds and a size 2! (unfortunately after…

I don't log my tea either. Its herbal and I use splenda. I don't log diet/caffeine free drinks like kool aid w/ splenda.I just log them as water. If something has caffeine I don't log it at all, until my group leader says I can (just asked her about that) I also don't always log spices, unless I'm creating a recipe or I…

It depends on your individual metabolism and stuff. I'm 5'2" and 166 lbs, 1200 was way too low for me, even 1300 was a bit too low. I didn't lose any weight for a week eating between 1200-1300 and when I bumped it up to 1400 I was good again, lost 1.4 lbs last week. But it all depends on you. I have a friend that says if…

An old favorite (when my Health Master blender still worked) was: Baby spinach, romaine lettuce, frozen mango, frozen green grapes, wheat grass and 1/2-1 banana. YUM YUM! Just remembering it makes me want one! Stupid piece of poop blender.

I love making whole wheat toast and spreading avocado on it instead of butter. I sometimes add sliced ripe tomato (local or home grown is best) and a sprinkle of salt and pepper for an open faced sandwich. YUM. Also I make 'salad dressing' by mashing 1/4 avocado with lemon juice and salsa. Really tasty on a grilled chicken…

yogurt, 50 cal pretzel packs, 100 cal anythings (haha), mini cucumbers, natural fruit leathers, etc. I think I have a big list somewhere on my blog. They will be under Favorite things/foods. I've also got a lot of good recipes! http://shana-z-says.blogspot.com/

This sounds AMAZING! I just bought some more frozen blueberries and yogurt. If my eggs are still fresh I think this will be breakfast tomorrow!

When I was thin (116lbs) people told me I looked sick or too thin and it made me so mad, because they had never known me thin before. I was 110 in highschool, and it is a totally normal weight for me. The worst was from a supervisor at my old job saying "She loses weight fast, but she puts it on fast too" This coming from…

So happy to see someone recovering from ana on here. Congratulations on starting your beautiful new life! My mother has had some health issues, and she is severely underweight (she will not tell us how much she weighs but she looks emaciated) She has no appetite and every time she does chores any weight she put on during…

one of my faves was spinach, romaine, wheat grass, green grapes and mango/banana. I had a Health Master blender to puree it all from whole into a nectar like juice. Too bad the blender was a piece of crap...a very expensive piece of crap.

It's always hard when only one partner has to diet. Luckily my hunny is a chubster like me. We both tried dieting solo, but now we are on MFP together and it is great. He doesn't eat chips and dip in front of me anymore, I make him healthy dinners...when we are in harmony it is the best. You could ask him not to totally…

^^this. I don't have a fit bit, so I can only track exercise calories, but I don't always eat all of them back. Sometimes I will go on the elliptical for an hour to 'earn' a nice dinner out or something, but usually I'll just eat back part of them.

YUM!! I have a cheap rice cooker, I wonder if it will still work. I have heard of making crock pot oatmeal the night before too. Oatmeal also freezes well, you can make little discs in a silicone mold and pop them out into a baggy to take to work.

My mom's side of the family are all tall and thin. Norwegian blood.I'm a head shorter and a foot wider than almost everyone! I'm adopted, but I look more like my dad's short stocky Polish relatives. They aren't really mean to be for putting on weight (mom was when I was a teenager) but whenever I lose weight all the over…

It gets harder in some ways, but also easier. Eating less is getting a lot easier for me, and exercise is getting easier too. I know that with my injuries and health issues I'll never be able to do crazy weights/running 5 hours like some of the really fit people on here, but I am amazed at what I can already do just 2…

I make my own deodorant with it! Baking soda, corn starch, Coconut oil, beeswax, a touch of tea tree oil, and whatever scent I want (lavender and heather oils usually) got the recipe at onegoodthingbyjillee.com she has lots of other cool recipes

I think you can do it. Cut out salt to flush out water weight, I lost 7 pounds in ONE week doing that once. I have heard the wraps are good for a quick fix and they only last a couple days. Make sure to eat plenty of protein and fiber to stay full! Drink a lot lot lot of water too!

If you can find lemon grass paste and chili paste- mix a table spoon of each and put in a large Ziplock bag with 1-2 boneless skinless chicken breasts (you can even cube them up for faster cooking) Add them to the bag and close it tightly. Squish everything up so the paste is distributed well. Let it sit in the fridge for…
