  • I have been using the Polar FT4 for a little over 3 months now & I absolutely LOVE it! It comes with the chest strap, it is easy to use & the chest strap is easy to clean. You can find it for a little under $100 & they have it on amazon. Definitely worth the money! :)

  • I'm sorry, I didn't read your second comment. If you are running, then you probably want one of the Garmin GPS watches. My husband has the Garmin 405 & it also comes with a heart-rate monitor chest strap. It monitors your distance, pace, heart-rate, has training plans, location & it's easy to use. Just another suggestion.

  • I, too, have the Polar FT4 & have been really happy with it. I am fairly new to using it, only about a month or two now, but it is very easy to use. It is so nice to have a more accurate calorie burned number, rather than guessing.
