  • ^ agreed! you need all the calories the next day to soak up all those drinks. i log all the walking and dancing to make up for all the empty calories!
  • keep counting the calories and fit little indulgences in. if you go over eat something healthy for the next meal and get back on track. taking walks really helps to get your mind off being extra hungry, it burns a few calories, and its relaxing.
