  • sounds right..try it! log everything you eat- you'll be suprised! measure things too! if you find you can stay within the calorie limits easily, drop it down by putting 2lbs lost a week and your calories will reduce as you lose weight good luck!
  • im 21! i don't care how long it takes me to get the weight i want off, so it really is about a life turn around instead of a diet. i eat pretty good but i need to learn to love working out. im in!
  • is 1310 how many calories you're alotted for a loss of 2lbs a week? if it is maybe you shoud reduce your weight loss goal to 1.5 or 1lb then decrease your calories when you hit a plateau.. but i think your proportions are off, either your actually eating that much in one sitting (the 10oz of meat or 1 cup of egg whites) or…
  • i say stay away from carbs, and fried and stick to lean meats and the sauces won't kill ya. so...chicken stir fry, shrimp stir fry, maybe a lil beef and broccoli, CHICKEN or SHRIMP MOO SHU is the bestt, chicken teriyaki...
  • salad yogurt fresh veggies or fruit chicken wings (you could make a big batch and then just take a couple) i dont mind them room, idk if you do go lean meal replacement bars are pretty good hummus and pretzels sandwhiches ( put the toppings like tomato lettuce mayo in separtate containers)
  • I think if you're way off thats not too good but other than that, i just try to stay under my carbs and sugar and sodium, and think its good when i go over on my protein and fiber

  • you don't eat much at all! when you mfp how many calories is that?? 800 tops!!..well if i told you to eat more you prob wouldn't if your comfortable. i'd say the only changes you could make are to eat whole wheat bread (any white ..switch to wheat) and eat more fiber!! the whole wheat will give you fiber..but you could…
  • yea!.. i drink it because i like it, but i heard that it boosts your metabolism. this is evident in the fact that it is one of the main ingredients in one-a-day weight smart vitamins. besides being a good supplement, its also a good replacement for diet soda, or juice. it gets boring to drink water all the time-even…

  • 5 lbs sounds good! thanks everyone!
  • yes! weight loss comes from reducing enough calories to amount to however many pounds over a week. cutting out 400 calories a day and working out to burn more leads a reduction of 3000 calories...which is a pound. but you shouldnt reduce you calories the next day to something that would be too uncomfortable for you because…

  • im sure those are all pretty low calorie but idk how its possible that they're that low calorie...for example-- the vodka cranberry; vodka is 60cals and ounce and an ounce is about 1 shot- everyone who goes to bars knows that a cocktail is around 1.5-2shots..and they never use cranberry juice but rather cranberry cocktail…

  • 1lb ground turkey browned and drained + 1.5 cups dry pasta (i like elbows) + 1 can campbells cheddar soup + 15oz ( a lil less than 1 can) beef broth + .5 cup ketchup = yummy yummy cheeseburger macoroni!! its about 400 calories and i might have been a little off on the amounts of each ingredient but its on the back on the…
  • i would..one of my friends on the site told me a good way to keep your metabolism up is to eat varied amounts of calories from day to day. i think its a good way to go about your diet because it makes it more easy to stick to. for me some days im not nearly satisfied with 1400 calories so i let myself go to 1600, other…
  • i can definitley relate to this one! although i am not centering my dieting around "clean eating" as someone mentioned above perservative packed foods do leave you bloated. in my case bloated and unsatisfied. at my campus healthy choices are limited and damn near non existant later in the night, so my advice to you would…

After 3 months of losing..for 2 months i kept it up but didnt lose…
