One of my worst binges that I can remember include; -3 slices of pizza -around 5 large cookies -A bowl of icecream (multiple scoops) -2 minute noodles -A muffin I can't remember if there was anything else, but it was bad -.- I couldn't stop even if I wanted too! I felt like I was going to throw up!!!!

1000 is enough! more then enough, I burn only around 300-600 and that's heaps for me! you were maintaining at 2500, why drop to 2000? If you wanted to gain muscle, eat between 2000-2500 and if you increase intensity of exercise, eat more!! Test how you go with certain calorie amounts on how much energy you have, if you see any gains, if you put on weight/gain weight, see how you feel, measure, just listen…
