Thank you for this ! Everything went great this mourning and I'm eager to do the hypertrophy part later. I don't think it will suffer from my strenght stuff at all. The bcaas was a great idea for this situation.

I workout 6 times/week, friday, saturday, sunday : High Volume. Then monday, tuesday, wednesday : Lower volume. Works really well !

Ok sorry for the confusion, I know it sounded like a dumb question and I should've been more clear. Basically, on the nutrition fact I read that 1/2 AS SOLD (So uncooked I'm guessing?) is 150 cals, but usually when I was getting my rice from other sources, 1/2 cup cooked was 170 cal, so I'm trying to figure out why is it…

I know that, what i'm wondering is if 1/2 cup cal, as sold = 150cal, does that mean that cooking 1 cup = 300 cal.

During the week it's my post workout meal which is normally dinner, I get about 1200 cal. On weekends for some reason it will be my pre workout meal (breakfast), moslty since I do cardio after lifting during the weekend
