  • Not trying at all. If you are around people you love then they should love you (or they shouldnt be around) enough to want you to succeed they will watch you fail without judgement and continue to encourage if. If you never try at all you will never know either way!

  • I find that if I take vitamins and drink water I am much better off than without doing that, for some reason it lessens the cravings.

  • You got this, keep posting, and working hard, your body will quickly get used to the eating required to lose weight, and once you start working out, you will want it SOOOO much less, and be so motivated, that is my experience, and I just started a week ago. Best luck to you!
