Hi ... I was going to join WW again !!! But thanks for the advice above ! Think I will stick to MFP, although it been ages since I actively started tracking calories !! Will take a bit of getting used to but I really want to lose at 15lbs !!!

Hi MFP should tell you how much you need to eat daily. I think it calculates it on the basis of your height, weight, gender and fitness level. From your description it seems that about 1250 cals should be a good daily intake....to lose weight gradually..but i am no expert :-) just that amount feels right..if you know what…

Thankyou so much for replying. You are so right ! If one really wants to lose weight, there is no excuse. I just need a good shaking up :-) Nevertheless - It's just overwhelming how the human mind works. Nothing is black and white. Want to lose weight - exercise more and eat less ! But what about the 'thought' that goes…
