Several years back I started with bad panic attacks and it was because I didn't have estrogen. Not sure what your hormones are like, but thought I'd throw that in since I never had them my whole life and after the estrogen returned to normal they disappeared.

I read on a post on here that even people with office jobs usually aren't really sedentary. If you are exercising that much a week you should at least mark it on the next level. If you look up BMR and how to figure that out, it gives a good base calorie to start with, then add exercise.

It could also be that you need to up your calories some. From what I understand, when you do that kind of workout, your body needs more fuel because you are burning so much. Your body may think it's in starvation mode and be holding onto it. Allowing yourself several hundred more calories a day may take care of the problem?

I noticed that on mine too, so I enter the item in the cardio area and it will count calories for you there.
