I was told by a personal trainer to drink protein before and after a workout. I drink pure protein in cans (Frosty Chocolate) taste real good or casein. She suggested to drink that after workout or at night to fill me up and also repair muscles while I sleep.

Eat banana and Pomegrante loaded with tons of potassium.

You look great!! Keep up the good work! So did you modify your food distribution on MFP? I meant your carbs, protein e.t.c. Im currentlt stuck at 155 and would like to change it up?
-
Yes, so you need to eat the 817 cals to be back at 1200 Net for the day. Anything below that will make your body to go into starvation mode becos of the lack of enough nutrients.

Your lower heart rate 112-145 are usually the fat burning rate and anything higher is fitness improvement or endurance. To lose weight it is more effective to burn fat by staying within those zones. In the gym, you always see these numbers as fat burning zones depending on your age too. Higher heart rate cardio like Zumba…

You are correct!
-
No, you have to stick with the net calories and that means eat the exercise cals. If you subtract 1300 from 1700 you have your exercise cals. So eat up!!!!
-
You will be surprise at the sodium and sugar content of some fat free and low fat items. That is y it is better to eat the real stuff but in moderation. Thank God for MFP!!!!
-
Sounds good. Will sure give it a try. Thanks.
-
I don't really mind the fat but the sugar content which might sabotage my diet goal. Thanks Guys!!

so did you eat all you exercise calories or just your normal calorie?
