Hi everyone,
Been using MFP for about 3 months now, and I absolutely adore this community and the friends I have made on here. I recently switched to a low-carb diet after finding that my weightloss was stalling a bit, since I made that change, I have lost a lot of inches and quite a few pounds in the process. Anyway, I wanted to share with you all my progress, hopefully this inspires some just like many of you have inspired me

Yes, my carb intake is set to 45g/day, fat 67g and 107g of protein. I typically eat around 25-30g of carbs/day. I started of slowly just lowering my carb intake to around 100g/day0
