    You look so great!! I was looking at your profile and was wondering which HRM you got yourself. Also what's a WHR?

    What are some of your favorite go-to meals?

    I use the Polar FT4. And the WHR is the Waist to Hip ratio :) If you google it you might find some better info on it than if I was to explain why it is important (at least for me).
