Get yourself healthy first! Then get back on track eating and I say start back up slowly working out, and not getting to your potential till a few days in. Give it another week, then re-access.

I never realized it was so off!! I LOVE skinless thighs!! I actually buy the bone in w/ skin and remove skin and bone myself!! It's really easy! They pan sear soo quick too once the bone is gone! Great for stir frys! I usually only eat 3 oz. The best advise I can say is check the back of the package you buy it in!!

That is how I base my food!! Its really easy to gage how much to eat per meal, and how much you have left that way! Once you get into the routine of it, its really simple to choose your meals.

You can do it! Are you able to have MFP with you on a laptop or cell phone app? I find keeping up with it online REALLY helps!! Just getting into a routine will be the greatest for you right now!!!!!!! Stick with it, your already running, keep it up!! And just try to add a new healthy ways each and everyday!

My sodium is averaging 2400, some days its 1600-1800, and a couple times its spiked at 2700. I am 189 lb today, (last week 186) So I have a good 20-30 to lose, but I don't expect that. I just would like to see SOMETHING for all the work and effort I'm putting into it.

Yep, when I went on the patch, I gained 10 lbs in 3 mo!! I did have to stay on it for PCOS, and it is really hard to lose with that condition. And yes, it take 3 mo for meds to regulate. I use it to bump up my cals/fat if to low!! Its hard to eat healthy, calories are usually way to low per meal, so PB and whole wheat grain bread bumps me up at least 200 cals if I'm low!! And it feels great to eat it!!!

Half a PB&J! On whole wheat bread!!! Or spread on ghrahm crackers. 100 cal yogurt, and fruit. granola bar and skim milk Omlet w/ 1 egg, 2 whites, tst. Those are all things I eat as snacks or fillers. The have a hihger cal content, good fats, and complex carbs
