I work at a deli and sandwich shop and my coworker and I invented this sandwich yesterday: get a wrap of any kind (I used tumaros low carb garden veggie), mix equal parts of honey mustard and balsamic vinegar and spread it on the wrap, then crumple some sharp provolone cheese, then pile on every veggie you can find ;) we…

I'm daydreaming (read: daydrooling) about all of these ice cream flavors. I'm thinking about buying this later on today. I had it about a month ago for the first time and it was awesome.

I second that^

I would just have a serving or two of the real stuff if you could find a way to fit it. Or get a standard, plain vanilla bean and doll it up with toppings. 1/2 cup of Turkey Hill Vanilla has 130 calories alone, but you could add crumpled bacon, 1-2 tablespoons of caramel, fruit, whatever you'd like. The possibilities are…

False-though I didn't like it. I've never gotten sick in public

There's a bottle of Ken's Steakhouse light Northern Italian dressing in my refrigerator that's 45 calories per 2 tablespoons.

Sometimes adding a fat and protein to it makes it more satisfying for me, but if you find that it doesn't work, maybe just consider having a more filling breakfast. Oatmeal+a tablespoon or two of Peanut butter/other nut butter+ a side of greek yogurt is pretty satisfying for me

I like reeses, lindor truffles, those brookside chocolate pomegranate/ acai blueberry candies, chocolate/caramel combos of any sort, and good hot chocolate. I found packets of Starbucks salted caramel hot cocoa mix. Other than that, my dad usually keeps fun size candy bars and single serve peppermint patties, reeses,…

What a good idea!

Maybe due to exertion? I'm not sure that gaining weight and sex have a correlation

Whenever people make mention of that I think this: But in reality, that looks pretty cool!

I attended a program at my school where I lived there for 6 weeks over the summer and took classes (I currently commute). This program was somewhat tough workload wise, and we were closely monitored. Everyone ate breakfast, lunch and dinner altogether at the same times each day. We were all required to eat in the dining…

Darn, I always forget that my default picture is not actually of me when I do these kinds of things

I had a jumbo twist glazed donut. My dessert of choice tonight

I know during my first few months of recovery, I was constantly bloated. My stomach looks -generally- flatter now, but not always. I think part of it is just how I'm built really. But that may not be the case for you. Like others have said, incorporating weight lifting is probably a good idea to consider. It made me feel…

I was just getting ready to type that. I was wondering if fasting of any sort was okay for diabetics.

I mean, everything others have mentioned seemed pretty valid. I wouldn't say you're addicted. I used to crave cottage cheese a lot, and I'd eat it very, very often. Eventually it just passed. I find that happens to me with a few different types of food. My current is a certain breakfast bagel sandwich I like to get, I have…

Aw I missed the cake pics :( Here are some cupcakes my boss made for the super bowl. I don't have other cake pictures

I don't think what you quoted implied that the OP must have cake on her birthday. It's not like the birthday police will come if OP doesn't have cake. I think we all understand it's not a requirement. ;) Besides, we're just a bunch of people on the internet. If the OP feels in her heart that she wants to abstain from…

I think you should have the cake! But only as long as it's delicious cake. Enjoy and have fun, don't worry about calories or weight loss in the moment. I don't think one piece of cake will derail your progress :) Also I should mention that I work in a bakery so I'm slightly biased. I want to have all the cake all the time,…

I don't know. I hate eggs, for example, no matter how you scramble, boil, fry, or do anything else to them. The only time i eat eggs is if they're baked in cakes, cookies, or brownies, where they're really not much like eggs anymore. And no, I will not put kale in my baked goods

I sorta thought this would be one of those "X made me gain weight! Now I don't eat it because x makes you fat" or something along those lines, but then I realized that the word "monstrous" might have implied a different gain  Anyway, I can't say that I'm not pleased by this discussion thus far

Good luck in your pursuit :) But my question is where did you get the number 8,000? I think that's a pretty big daily goal, even for trying to gain mass. I could be wrong, I mean everyone's different, but wouldn't 8,000 be a little hard to reach daily? I'm sure it could be done

My special go to when I get breakfast from Wawa is bacon, vegetable cream cheese, tomato, and cucumber on a toasted bagel. Other times, I have chobani yogurts a lot, oatmeal, leftovers, stir fry. Almost anything, really
