Oatmeal is now my favorite breakfast, Soy milk, Blueberries, and a banana. Nothing else for me.

I put them on a pan and place them on the grill I squeeze some lemon and add spices. usually, cumin and chili powder. It's done when tender basically, like ten minutes or so.

I thought about that, but aren't you supposed to have at least one movement a day. I usually seem to skip a day.

I can always drink more water, I seem to struggle at times to get enough in. I seem to drink most my water during my workouts, which is when I need more water anyways. My fat intake is defiantly a lot lower then before.

haha, don't worry I'm way to cheap to waist my money on something I don't need. I was more so just inquiring.

Exercise isn't a problem, that's part of my daily routine. Ever since I started watching the food I eat, I noticed my bowel movements are slowing down. I've been eating a lot more fruits and vegetables and eating essentially no processed foods.

Man I really wish I could tell you, it was from a health food store where they only sell quality ingredients. I honestly can't imagine them using any fatty beefs or sodium overloaded bases.

Yeah I got to add an extra 700 calories, but I'm not even sure how to track my calories from the trail mix. I have no idea what I had of each item. I hate to guess but if I had to I would say I have about 1000 calories remaining and its only 2:45 where I live.
