You should not be feeling like that at all. Check that you are getting what you need on the mfp table and make sure you do not under eat. Eating to little is not good for you at all. I get the symptoms you are saying if my blood sugars drop to low.

I take prednisalone which is a steroid for arthritis. It's biggest side effect is weight gain. It can be a hell of a time if i am on them for sometimes 3 months at a time. :-(

As already said above, the power is in your hands. The power can be heavy but the power will see you through the hard times and each time you smile on weigh in day will see that power grow. Friends are a must as they are going through the same as you and will understand all your woe's. Good luck.

I was 20 stone 9 when i started and im now 18 stone 9. I started 90 days ago as am losing a steady 2lb a week. I am 40 and have the same worry as you. I have also been told as already mentioned that the slower the loss the better the chances of skin spring back. Plenty of water to keep the skin hydrated will also help.…

My bloods were regularly in the high teens and often into the 20's but since starting on MFP last October my lifestyle has completely changed and my bloods are down to a normal 5.5…

It great to see the myths put out there and the truths to dispel them. One thing for sure is in the 10 days i have been on MFP my bloods have been between 4.4 and 6.2 every day. which is a big drop from the 14 average that it used to be, New truth MFP helps control type 2 Diabetes. FACT!

I guess it depends on who you're doing this for. Are you doing it for YOU or for the reaction you may or may not get from other people? One of those paths has a successful future for weight loss, and one does not. My goals are 2, firstly i am diabetic and secondly I am taking the family to disney next year and i want to be…
