8 days in to my final push
So day 8 into my final push and I am so so tired and have zero energy. Getting up at 4.40am today was a killer. Even my large black coffee did not help. I need to have something today that helps me get a much needed boost. What your suggestions?

Fell off the wagon some time ago.
As the title says. The past year has been hell. I have got further away from my goal weight and now heading back to medication for type 2 diabetes. The 1st May is the new start day. 14 lbs to lose by the latest October. I am going to need support and chats to keep me on it. Anyone fancy getting on it with me?

2018 is a kick butt year
2017 has been an up and down year. Weight off and back on again. Health has been a big issue this past year but with 2018 now upon us it's a new year new me. Getting old

Getting back on it.
Over the last 3 years I have lost just over 10 stone which I am so happy about. I have maintained my weight for over a year. I have just got back from an all inclusive holiday so unlimited food and drink. I have just gained 7lb in 2 weeks so I think it's time to start the hard work again. Loving it.
I am on my 2nd week with Leslie now and 5 days into the 4 mile high impact. I love it. Gives me a great workout and the sweat pours off me. 7pm tonight im on it again.

Somethings working.
For the past 2 years i have beed a type 2 diabetic with bloods always around the 12 mark even on the meds. In the past 5 day since joining MFP My bloods have been no higher than 8 and average around 5-6. If this is a sign that things are working for the good then i'm looking forward to my first weigh in on Tuesday. Iain
