Monday morning is weigh in day so as normal i hopped onto the scales. No let me explain something first.
I am on crutches at the moment as i am not able to put any weight on my right foot. I done a bit of reading on weighing youselfs standing on one leg. I read that as long as all my weight was on the scales and balancing on one leg then your gross weight will be on the scales giving you a correct reading. I also double checked by getting the wife to stand on them normally with 2 feet then with just one leg both her reading were the same so i would say it works.

What do you guys think?

I don't think it would matter as long as all of your weight in on the scale. Don't hold onto anything for support because then some of your weight will be distributed to whatever you are holding on to. Other than that, you should be good!

Well if all your weight is on the scales, it's all on the scales. I don't think it matters if you stand, sit or do handstands :)

If you use anything that's not on the scale as a support, then you will have an issue.

Hope the weigh in goes well.
