Why do people keep making up these stupid rules/myths? You eat what you eat. Calories in and calories out. While it is actually much more complicated than that, it's all us regular people need to know. Just use your common sense to tell you what good calories you should be taking in and be fit. Living healthy isn't hard to…

Pain slowly lessened after about five hours then disappeared. I don't know what it is but I never had the pain prior to the band. I had an ultrasound yesterday and have an appointment tomorrow with new doctor. Well see. I didn't want to go to a hospital, because most of the doctors there wouldn't have experience with the…

I can't choose one. This is assuming it's big time lottery where I never HAVE to work. 1. Invest a company or something and property. 2. Find my dream property. Country, but not middle of nowhere. Maybe Colorado,Nevada, or cali? (I love lake Tahoe) something old but timeless. Small but luxurious. MUST have a place for…

I understand what you saying HOWEVER, I eat like a normal person. I don't feel any restriction. Honestly I wasnt into the whole "fill it so you can't eat" thing. How the hell does that help you in the long run?I plateaud for almost a year and then gained and I own up to it. It was my old eating habits coming back with a…

Pains gone. Anxiety isn't.

The for the reply. I'm setting up an appointment with a new Dr as we speak. For the 20th (my b day. :() I has to be band related. I've had the pain off and on since I got it in Jan 2011. It's not a heart attack for sure. It is easing. I almost wish the pain would stay though so somebody could get to the bottom of it. No…

Pain is easing slightly but now my left arm/shoulder is hurting a bit.

Awesome! You're so brave! Friended!

Anybody else have any input?
-
:/ I researched those and I'm under the impression they won't work for me since they are solely based on steps? If that's true then it wouldn't do for riding.
-
Nice to know there are others like me. :)
-
Thanks! Glad I already friended you. :)

Buuuuump. :)

Well- as long as you promise. ;)

I agree. Seems so quiet.

Yes I was reading up on them but I'm actually leaning toward the ft7 because I can input more info like age, gender, weight, and it reads the temp. Do you think I would get more accuracy with these things or its a waste of money?
