  • June 23rd. 33 lbs so far. had a little plateau there for a week or 2 but getting back on track
  • Outstanding job. I have made the same discoveries. Cutting out Soda was hard (Bet Coke stock took a hit or two also) and even though I went from tight 40's to saggy 36's so far I still see the same guy in the mirror..maybe we are just sensitive? lol Keep up the great work, your an inspiration!

  • Thats the main thing isnt it? Having that "moment". When you realize that not only do you HAVE to change, you WANT to change. And more important you have to know you CAN change and when you do, try not to kick yourself in the butt for waiting like I did...lol

  • Awesome job! When I started I was on Nexium for nightly bouts of Acid reflux. Since I have started I havent taken my pills and have gone a month and a 1/2 with out even a twinge of acid. So hoping it will lower my BP a little too.

  • Great tips. I dont eat diet anything. My fruits of choice are Cantaloups, Bananas and Apples. I will definetely get some yogurt too and start drinking some whole milk instead of 2%. It just seems so counter intuitive that I have to eat more to lose...lol
