Any bad news about MIO?
I started using them and they have been a lifesaver. When I am hot, I can drink water by the gallon. Sitting at work, not so much. Enter MIO. Love em, Especially Sweet Tea and Strawberry Watermelon. It says 0 calories, 0 sodium, 0 sugar, 0 carb. Just a little squirt and I can drink water all day. Something has to be bad…

OK, Whats the deal
I started over 250lbs and according to EVERYPLACE I have looked, my Ideal weight should be between 136-183 (taking into account body type). I am currently at 217 and since I have started lifting weights and doing cardio my weight loss has slowed drastically. I have lost 4 1/2" off chest and waist, which is good but what…

YES I CAN
2 months ago I was seriously considering moving up to 40 jeans because I had to wait till noon every day for my 38's to stretch enough to tuck my shirt in. Well after a month my 38's needed a belt to hold them up so I pulled down the 36's from the top shelf (The ones I was keeping "Just in case" for the last 3 years) and…

Help in scheduling
ok. I have gotten the B-in law, wife and Niece joining me exercising every night so I decided to come up with a schedule that will work around our semi-limited equipment. My typical night was 30 - 60 minutes on bike, 8 minute Tae-Bo, Weights, then Legendary Abs routine and if I felt up to it, 30 more minutes on bike. I did…

Good or bad?
Its still confusing. my BMR was 2218. I am 48 and started at 246bs. My life was basically sit behind a computer all day and sit in front of the TV all night. ON Jun 3rd I started my weight loss. I severely curbed my caloric intake and increased my exercise. From June 3rd to July 11th I have lost 39 lbs, almost 4 inches off…

Lots of Yay Me's yesterday
Went to doc for 1st month of diet check-in. I have lost 3 1/2 inches in my chest and 3 1/2 inches in my waist. Yay. I say yay bcause this whole time I have been primarily focused on just losing pounds so this was a nice bonus. Another surprise was getting dressed this morning. last year I gave my 15 year old, skinny son a…

Will I hit the wall and what do I do then?
Hello all. When I started this journey on Jun 3rd I had no idea what to expect. I always thought if I gave up my 4-6 cans of coke a day and cut out fast food, that I would lose weight. Well I did that. Started eating a lot more fruits a vegetables and yes, I started to lose weight. I also drink at least 8-10 glasses of…
