  • Please talk to your dr. You do not want to spiral into another battle with ED. At a minimum you need 1200 calories a day, and even more if you're breastfeeding. Please go talk to your doctor, good luck.

  • It can change your cycle. Typically, if I've worked out harder than usual, I GET mine. Are you eating enough? Because a lack of nutrients will stop your period altogether.
